“The Wild Ones” SS 2020 is inspired by the NYC art scene of the late 70s and early 80s.

The collection had as a starting point the documentary “Basquiat, The Radiant Child”, that shows the life and career of the artist Jean Michel Basquiat. 

 

The style of the collection could be described as high street style. It tries to reflect what would be the evolution of an artist, from his difficult beginnings to achieving what could be called success. The designer gave some of the pieces her personal stamp by hand painting the fabrics.
